NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 18, 2026 at 7:30pm for the following purposes:
  1. To review and discuss the proposed construction of a new beef barn.
  2. To review contract recommendations for the project related to the site work and barn construction.
  3. To consider and vote on awarding the site work contract and construction contract to the recommended builders/contractors.
  4. To conduct any other business directly related to the foregoing items.

Lorain County Senior Fair Board Directors

Directors are voted to the Lorain County Fair Board by members of the Lorain County Agricultural Society. Voting for Directors is 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday of fair week at the Secretary’s Office on the fairgrounds. Seven Directors are voted for three-year terms each year. Not more than two residents of any one Original Township shall serve on the Board of Directors of the Agricultural Society at the same time.

Board meetings are held in the Board room at the Secretary’s Office on the fairgrounds on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm.
