Reserved parking passes for 2026 are $50.00
for the week of fair. Parking will remain at the west lot nearest the
Pitts Road entrance with a shuttle service running daily from 6:00 am to
midnight. Your pass(es) will get you into that lot but not an assigned
space. Renew and pick up passes at the office during regular business
hours beginning June 1 or include a business sized, self-addressed
stamped envelope to have them mailed. Any applications received after
3:00 pm on July 1 will be handled on a first come, first served basis
until all spaces are sold.
Applications are taken online, by mail, or at the fair office – applications are not taken over the phone.

Parking passes must be renewed by July 1 each year to keep your
pass. It is your responsibility to be sure it is renewed by July 1 –
not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Renewal applications will
be sent one week prior to the start of the application period.
All towing hitches should be removed when parking in the reserved lot.
