Reserved parking passes are $40.00 for the week of fair.  Limit 2 passes per household.  Pick up passes at the office or include a business sized, self-addressed stamped envelope to have them mailed.  Submitting an application does not guarantee space.  Available space is filled in order of receipt starting July 3.  Payment will be processed upon receipt of your application; if we are unable to give you space, your payment will be refunded.

Applications are taken online, by mail, by fax, or at the office – applications are not taken over the phone.

Parking passes must be renewed by  July 1 each year to keep your space.  It is your responsibility to be sure it is renewed by July 1 – not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.  Renewal applications will be sent the end of May. 

Dually trucks and extended cabs must be noted.  They DO NOT fit in a regular space.  Limited room for these vehicles is available and you must request a larger space.

Camping spaces for 2017 are $140.00 for the week of fair.  Please read the Camping Rules & Regulations before submitting your application.

Honey Dipper Request Form

Camping packets are generally sent the last week of July.  Please do not call the office and ask about camping until after August 1.

Campers can start occupying the lots Friday, August 18 @ 12 noon – if that time changes, it will be sent via our text messaging system and posted on our Facebook page.  Join our VIP Text Club by sending “LCFAIR” to 36000.

HONEY DIPPER:  The honey dipper will be pumping on Wednesday and Saturday.  The cost is $37.50 per day and must be sent with your camping application if you want to pre-pay.  You can be at your camper on those days and pay him directly or pre-pay by sending in the form included with your camping application.  If you pay for camping online, you can mail in the honey dipper payment (no credit cards for honey dipper), as long as it is received by the end of the application period.  Please see request form link above for details.

Winter storage space is available in the fairgrounds barns for campers, boats, cars, trailers, and farming equipment.  Cost for 2017-18 storage is $11.00 per foot plus tax (from front of hitch or tongue to back of unit) for the season.  Storage is locked indoors – no heat – and, once stored, you will not have access to your storage until it is removed.

Renewals:  We will begin taking storage on Monday, October 16, 2017.  No appointment is necessary if you come from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday – call ahead for drop off on October 20 only (office may be closed).  Call the office if you cannot have your item here by October 31.  Storage can be dropped off after hours, please call in advance so we can send you a contract and identification tag.

Waiting List:  We will begin taking names on October 1 by phone and email info@loraincountyfair.com – we need your name, daytime phone number, the item you wish to store, approximate length including hitches, and height – and will begin filling space on November 1We will contact you no later than November 3 if we have availability for your item Cars and pop-up campers do not need to be put on a waiting list – we have plenty of room for those items – and can be dropped off per the instructions above. We can also accommodate most boats if no higher than 10′ – but call or email to be placed on the waiting list and we will call you the week of October 9.

Removal:  Stored items MUST be taken out NO LATER THAN APRIL 27, 2018.  Please call the office or email cnikel@loraincountyfair.com by April 18 to schedule your pick-up day.  Please give at least 24 business hours’ notice.  Items not picked up by April 27 could be subject to late fees.  You can begin to pick up April 1 – earlier pick-up is possible depending on where your storage is located.  Storage can be picked up anytime during or after hours once your pick-up is scheduled.  Please refer to the pick-up instructions attached to your contract.   NEW – click here to schedule your storage pick up online!
