GENERAL RULES
1. Contest open to farm-owned tractors equipped with rubber tires. Owner of tractor must own farm land in Lorain County or in Wellington School District and have legal proof on record as such, except Class E.If in question, premium will be withheld.
2. Entry fee of $5.00 for each tractor entered. ENTRIES CLOSE SUNDAY, AUGUST 17, 2008, except class C and Semi-class, at the SECRETARY'S OFFICE at the fairgrounds. POSITIVELY NO ENTRIES TAKEN AFTER THIS DATE.
3. Weight includes driver. Tractor may not be entered in more than one class.
4. Minimum drawbar length 18 inches from center of rear wheel to point of hook. Drawbar to be stationary in all directions.Drawbar height maximum 20 inches from ground to top of hitching device parallel to the ground. Driver to furnish bolted clevis. No devices to be hooked by hydraulic lifts.Hitching device not to be more than 1 1/2 inches in thickness and must have a 3 inch diameter opening. Cross-sectional thickness must be equivalent to 3/4 inch round stock. Pulling point must not have more than 1 1/2 inches from back edge to hitching device.
5. No pressurized fuels allowed, except LP gas. No oxygen allowed.
6. No pre-dyno after pull starts.Time limit of 10 minutes on Dyno.
7. All exposed turbochargers or portions thereof must be shrouded with steel 1/16 inch or thicker.
8. All exhausts must discharge vertically upward above the highest point of the tractor with the
exceptions of roll bars and be securely attached.
9. No home-made tractors, no dual wheels or tire chains. 4-wheel drive tractor weights must besecurely fastened, also weights on rear are as follows: (1.) If put on lift arms, must be secured to frame of tractor. (2.) Also must have room to hitch from standing on front of transfer sled;if not, tractor will be disqualified.
10. All stock tractors must be equipped with a hood and grill.No cut or special designed pulling tires allowed.
11. The contest is to be governed by three judges; all decisions will be final. The judges have the right to stop any pull if it is being operated in an unsafe manner. All protesters must make a $25.00 deposit for re-checking.
12. All minors must have written consent of parents or guardians to enter contest.
13. Only one pull allowed each contestant unless judges declare a tie. Pull is ended when tractor engine stalls or forward motion stops. No jerking allowed. Shifting permitted if forward motion isn't stopped.
14. Driver in seat at all times while pulling in contest.
15. Ladies are welcome to participate in any class.
16. Stock tractors are agricultural tractors having standard block, injection pump and crankcase for the make and model being entered, and power take-off, single fuel, single turbo charge, also factory standard seat.
17. The tractors will remain in front of grandstand after they have pulled and the top eight tractors will be checked for weight and drawbar immediately following the class. The drivers will remain in their seats after pulling and no helpers or spectators will be allowed on or around them until they have been checked. DRIVERS: It is up to you to keep them off or you will be immediately disqualified.
18. Driver allowed one helper while pulling.
19. CONDUCT - Participants will conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner, NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS will be permitted on the premises or in possession of drivers or assistants. Immediate expulsion will result if these rules are broken.
20. REGISTRATION AND ENTRY TO FAIRGROUNDS - Register in person at Secretary's Office by Sunday, August 17, 2008. ALL CLASSES. EVERYONE PAYS AT THE GATE. Pulling positions will be drawn at registration.

RULES FOR CLASS D
Street Stock 2007
1. ALL TRUCKS WHO PLACE IN THE MONEY WILL BE TECHED!
2. 7500 lb
3. No Nitrous, Propane, Alcohol, etc.#2 Diesel Only
4. No Water Injection
5. Hanging weights allowed, furthest point must not exceed 60” from C/L of front axle. All weights must be secure; disqualification may be enforced if weights fall off.
6. Must have full interior, exterior. Has to remain street legal.
7. Must provide license and registration.
8. Single Charger only limited to maximum of 2.5. Chargers will be teched.
9. DOT tires, no studs, no cut or sharpened tires.
10. No aftermarket transfer cases or transmissions.
11. Rear suspension must have a minimum of 1” of travel.
12. Must pull from Reese style hitch or factory bumper. Hook point must be at the furthest most point of the vehicle. Hook point must be at least a 3” OD ring or clevis.
13. 26” Hitch Height.
14. Traction/Ladder bars allowed.
15. Exhaust must exit straight up or straight down.
16. No aftermarket heads.
17. Engine must be out of factory 1 ton or smaller pickup.
18. Bellhousing blankets required for engine turning over 4200 RPM.
19. Drive Shaft loops recommended.
