No deductions and nothing set aside. Money divided 45-25-15-10-5 percent.  Entrance fees - $25 overnights, $75 Home Talent Colt Stakes, $100 John Richards Memorial Trot.  75 stalls, Free grandstand

We reserve the right to declare off events not filling satisfactorily, or to revise schedule as necessary.  Five to fill, four to start.

Entries must be declared in with driver’s name, U.S.T.A. Card (or application) by 11:00 A.M., 

 3 days before the race.  Positions drawn then.  OSRC Rules to govern.  Usual weather clause with right to change order of program or grounds.  Home Talent Colt Stakes Rules to govern Colt and Filly Races.    More than 8 entries in the John Richards Memorial Trot will be raced in eliminations. Lorain County Agriculture Society, d.b.a. Lorain County Fair, is not responsible for accidents, injuries, etc.  Coggins Test is required.
