Rentals

The Lorain County Fairgrounds has buildings, barns, and grounds to facilitate almost any event.

The buildings and grounds are frequently rented for wedding receptions, graduation parties, conventions, auctions, and more! Package deals are available for rental of multiple buildings and grounds areas. All rentals require a deposit, refunded upon satisfactory clean-up of the rented area.

FAIR HALL – BUILDING 19 – PRICING  (tables and chairs included)
Friday or Saturday – $500/day  (plus $250 security deposit)
Sunday – Thursday – $300/day (plus $250 security deposit)
Friday at noon thru Sunday at noon – $700 (plus $300 security deposit)
Draperies to cover doors – $50 (see second picture in slideshow of Fair Hall decorated)

Security deposit needed to hold date and held until after event
Rental fee due 90 days before date or 10% late fee penalty assessed

Fair Hall has bathrooms and a kitchen area (sink, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pots – no working stove) – see our Facebook page under the photo album “Fair Hall –  Decorated” for decorating/set-up ideas.  Holds 500+ – for a reception with tables set up for a buffet and dancing, it comfortably holds 350-400.  No air-conditioning.  Approximately 6,000 square feet (120′ long / half is 60′ wide, the other half is 45′ wide where kitchen extends out with an 11′ high ceiling).  320 steel chairs, 32 5′ round tables, 12 6′ rectangular tables, and 18 8′ rectangular tables included to use for your event.

THE FOLLOWING ARE AVAILABLE TO RENT MAY 1 – OCTOBER 15 ONLY:

BUILDING 17  (60′ x 100′) & 23 (50′ x 120′) – $200 each per day (plus $100 security deposit) – each seats approximately 250 and include 8′ rectangular tables and chairs

ADD-ON PACKAGE – Friday at noon thru Sunday at noon for Building 17 or 23 – $100 (plus $50 security deposit)

RESTROOMS – $100 per day (plus $100 security deposit)

MOST BARNS – $150 per day / HORSE or PONY RING – $100 per day
(minimum $100 security deposit per each area/building or barn/ring rented)

VETERANS SIDE OF VETERANS & EMS BUILDING – $125 per day (plus $100 security deposit) – seats 60-75 set up for tables and chairs; one bathroom; tables and chairs included (8′ rectangular tables with wooden chairs); NO kitchen, sink, or refrigerator

PAVILIONS – $50 per day
